NLP Consultancy and Help For Heroes raise funds - and cure fear of heights with 13,000 feet skydive!

Two directors of Milton Keynes based specialist Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) consultancy EdgeNLP.co.uk, together with a colleague, have raised £1,500 for Help for Heroes a charity for the wounded in Britain's current conflicts by taking part in a 13,000 feet skydive.

Faz Colbhie, Pip Thomas and Jamie Bugler took part in the dive.

Jamie made the jump, despite a lifetime fear of heights, thanks to an NLP technique called the fast phobia model which was carried out on the morning of the skydive. The fast phobia model is a technique that enables someone very quickly and easily to rid themselves of a phobic response. Faz too had a debilitating fear of heights until she was successfully treated by Pip using the same technique last year.

Faz Colbhie, director at Edge NLP comments: "What an awesome day! Just the type of fast-paced adrenalin pumping experience we needed to launch Edge NLP and a true test of the real efficacy of NLP techniques for Jamie and I who proved to ourselves that our old fear or heights is well and truly removed! Thanks so much to the Red Devils who jumped with us and made it possible for us to fulfil our sponsorship pledge to Help for Heroes, such a worthwhile cause, helping the servicemen and women looking after our country and the people in it."

Davina Liddell at Help for Heroes comments: "We are extremely grateful to be Edge NLP’s chosen charity and think they have been incredibly brave thank you Faz, Pip and Jamie!"
