Hi John!
I've had a read through the REC terms and conditions and have also been in contact with Business Link. My original idea will need to be tweaked a little as it might have the potential of straying into the Employment Agency field. Being in a "grey area" is not a bad thing really. I may be able to corner a market! I'm going to write to all my friends here at the network again shortly outlining my revised proposal for comments again.
Thanks once again for your feedback it has been very helpful!

Thank you that feedback, it was very useful. Thank your friend for me.
I will indeed check out the REC and see if they think my proposal is considered as an Employment Agency.
Basically the idea has come about because I have been looking at the local job scene myself to see if there were any part time secretarial type jobs which may be suitable for Virtual Assistant work. As I have two friends currently looking for work and have been sending them suitable links of jobs that I thought it would be a possibility to expand that service to other job seekers who have either a limited access or no access at all to the Internet. The maximum amount of people I would envisage I would want to do this service for would be 10. I tend to like looking at the individual job postings as opposed to doing a lot of filtering. I could do this and give a personalised service only to a small amount of people. I would see my role as more of a Job Hunting facilitator. I could also direct them to various sites if they were looking for advice on building a CV or Interview skills etc.
